Lugar de paz

Lugar simples,mas com tudo que nós procurávamos. Casa ampla, ventilada,uma picina muito gostosa, fomos em um grupo familiar,tínhamos idosos crianças e jovens,todos aproveitaram bastante. Um lugar com a natureza viva. Muito obrigada Marileny foi exatamente o que eu procurava. Gratidão ao sr.joão sempre muito prestativo .

Local BOM, não é excelente

A propriedade é grande, casa Grande e bem arejada, área da churrasqueira grande e cercada por portões. O que precisa melhorar é a piscina que tem uns azulejos quebrados e a escada pra sair da piscina tinha um degrau quebrado, a água da piscina não parecia muito limpa, mesmo o caseiro limpando todas as manhãs. O banheiro da suíte estava entupido, o caseiro foi prestativo mas, o banheiro ficou inutilizado. O freezer da churrasqueira só congelava, não gelava.

O lugar como um todo é bem agradável! Porem algumas coisas poderiam melhorar: • A escada da piscina está quebrada e isso pode dificultar para crianças ou idosos que desejam usar a mesma. • No anuncio informa que na chácara possui Wifi, porem o aparelho nao apesar de ligado corretamente nao libera internet. • A iluminação das áreas internas é péssima, isso se resolve facilmente trocando as lâmpadas.

Lugar mal cuidado

A minha experiência foi horrível. O lugar esta mal cuidado. Piscina turva. Cachorros soltos que circulam livremente pela casa e pulam quando você chega sobre você e sobre as crianças. Vazamento no banheiro da única suíte. Vidros quebrados na janela da suíte permitindo a entrada de insetos durante a noite. Fezes de animais pela casa. Impossível ficar hospedada no lugar. Talvez para passar o dia para um churrasco seja aceitável mas para alugar por temporada para família nao tem nenhuma condição. Internet também não funciona ainda que esteja no anúncio. Anfitriã e irmão, que mora no lugar e não está no anúncio, são muito simpáticos. As fotos não condizem em nada com a condição atual do lugar.

So tenho elogios a essa propriedade. Lugar simples, mas com uma tranqüilidade e paz indescritíveis. Caseira muito atenciosa e o Sr. Joao (irmao da proprietária) que limpa a piscina muito tranquilo e educado. Desejo voltar outras vezes. Recomendo muito!! Meu muito obrigada a todos!
