Worst Vrbo experience

The property manager canceled on the day of my booking and didn’t even reach out to me I had to contact them just to find out my reservations were canceled

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

The listing is dishonest

The property is listed as “lux” and it is anything but. There were dirty dishes left around when we arrived. One of the rooms and beds in the listing is actually locked and you end up sleeping on a very uncomfortable couch. The WiFi didn’t work. The parking pass was unavailable. The hot tub was ice cold and didn’t work throughout our stay. In spite of the amenities being unavailable and ONE of the two rooms being unavailable the host refused to refund any of the fee. In addition VRBO was ineffectual at dealing with the problem. I will be using Air b&b from now on. Don’t stay here!!!
