Comfortable home near the best beaches like Playa Santa, Gilligan Island, Cana Gorda Beach , Manglillo and Parguera bioluminescent bay. The Bosque seco (dry forest) is just at 10 minutes.This home is next to Yauco Plaza Shopping Center. It has near excellent restaurants like Qlantro , El Paladar and others .Its a Close gated community and it has all you need near you like banks, gas stations, cinemas etc...

If you are looking for a safe and quiet place for vacations... or if you are looking for a confortable place close to the beach and mountains during the day , places to have dinner (Qlantro , Paladar Bar and Grill) and enjoy the Puerto Rico popular music (Parguera Bay) and cultural entertainments during the nights this is the perfect house.
What makes this property unique
This property is next to the Yauco Plaza shopping center were you can find all kind of stores, Mr. Special supermarket, shopping mall, banks, fast foods and others. It's a safe close gate community . In case of lost of power has an automatic generator for all the house .
