This charming garden room with high ceilings features a private entrance, a cozy bath, and a twin bed. Two large windows and a second door leads directly to our home's shared main kitchen and dining room. A perfect blend of creative comfort, ideal for artists, explorers, and those seeking a serene retreat.

- Street Parking available (cleaning every two weeks, so please read signs!)

- Pixar Shuttle bus (Emery-Go-Around) is a block away, easily connecting to BART, Berkeley, Oakland and San Francisco

- Greenway Bicycle Path 1 minute away! A pedestrian and bike-friendly neighborhood: (1) Adventure across the Amtrack-train-tracks, to the Aquatic Park: sip coffee by the lake, spot a goose. rent a paddle boat, or explore the charm of the famous Fourth Street (2) Crossing the „SF Bay Trail“ bridge, left of the Berkeley Animal shelter, enjoy a stunning Sunset at the Berkeley Marina. (3) Delicious food in all Directions!
