Living room has Large sectional with ottoman that fits in between cushions to make one extra large king size bed for kids to sleep or great for 🍿 Movie Nights!!!Dining room with large 8 seat table (extra chairs in garage and downstairs master) Large Kitchen with bar for extra seating, a small in home gym with electric boxing machine, yoga mats, light weight bench for light work outs while on vacation. Great house with perfect centralized location.

The house was perfect for my family and was beg enough to hold our family for my nieces wedding. There was plenty of room to stretch out and have my niece get her hair and makeup done with her girls. the house has everything you need with the pool and the gym. wish we could've stayed longer then 4 days. definitely be renting again next time we are in the area.

Beautiful patio and pool! The pool is absolutely wonderful. We really enjoyed it! The house was perfect. We were ten people and were very comfortable. Excellent communication with Erica, the host. Highly recommend it!

There was a little mix-up in the very beginning, but all turned out well. The location was great, within a 15-minute drive to the venue for our golf tournament. Thought there were more beds than what we found, but we worked it out with the boys. The pool was not heated, which, in the long run, came in handy as they got in and got out really quickly.

Had some issues with the washer and dryer hot water heater and had to take a cold shower on the day of check-out. The owner's were very accommodating and did their best to make things right.

Im very sorry that you had these problems at our home. The washer and dryer are brand new appliances, unfortunately with the newer washer and dryers they have delays and sensors, so they are alittle more difficult to use. The hot water heater is brand new as well but I was told someone in the party turned it off thinking it was flooding the garage, maybe it was forgotten that the hot water heater had been turned off the next morning when showers were trying to be taken. Maintenance came twice to help renters with issues. But found nothing wrong with any of the appliances just the washing machine hose out of the drain. Which flooded the garage.

The pool was nice to have but needed to be cleaned, it was pretty dirty. The kitchen had all of the necessary amenities but again, things were not put away clean. We had to wash everything before using it. Based on the listing of the bedroom layouts, it stated that one room had a queen, a full and a twin in it, we chose this house because it would allow very few people to have to sleep on a couch. There was no queen bed present in the room but we found a queen mattress topper in the closet. This is not a bed. For a house that is not pet friendly, all of the couches had claw marks and were picked from the presence of an animal and they were covered up with table runners and blankets to hide their shabbiness. We arrived to a constant chirping from something in the garage (turned out to be a dying battery in the door opener). We were told by the manager to unplug it. The dying battery is not fixed by eliminating power, it is caused by the door opener not having power and the battery needing to do all of the work. We found lights we could not turn on and were told it was because of a GFI outlet by the pool that "trips sometimes" and it just needs to be reset. Resetting it did not fix the problem. It is also not a safe way to have a home that people are renting. There was an outlet outside that did not have an outlet cover over it. There were many light switches that did not appear to control anything but that could also have been related to the tripped GFI near the pool.

Nice house with plenty of room! Downside they only had keurig and we had many adults and would have benefit from a full coffee pot. Would recommend bringing your own towels as theirs were not in good shape.
