Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía y el anfitrión fue muy atento y diligente, especialmente al ayudarnos a encontrar la propiedad cuando el GPS nos dirigió a una ubicación incorrecta. El lugar es tranquilo, limpio y agradable.
Como sugerencia constructiva, considero que hay algunos aspectos que podrían mejorarse para brindar una experiencia aún mejor a futuros huéspedes:
1. Al momento de reservar, el anuncio indicaba que la piscina era climatizada (heated), y esa fue una de las principales razones por las que elegimos este alojamiento. Sin embargo, durante los tres días de nuestra estadía el agua permaneció fría.
2. Encontramos una cucaracha cerca de la cama. Entiendo que la propiedad está ubicada en un entorno más natural, donde es normal que haya insectos, pero una fumigación preventiva podría ayudar a reducir la posibilidad de que entren al alojamiento.
3. Durante la madrugada, aproximadamente a las 2:00 a. m., la nevera comenzó a hacer un ruido bastante fuerte que nos impedía dormir. Tuvimos que desconectarla y volver a conectarla al día siguiente para poder descansar.
4. Antes de reservar pregunté específicamente si el vehículo permanecería en un área cerrada con portón (gated), y se me confirmó que sí. No obstante, al llegar nos encontramos con que el carro quedaba estacionado a la intemperie, por lo que opté por colocarle un bastón de seguridad ya que no conocía la zona. En general, disfrutamos la estadía.
Con estos detalles, la experiencia sería mucho mejor. 💫
