The house was a great property! Upon arrival Saturday, there were some maintenance issues and Kriston from Avant was in constant communication to get those resolved. By Wednesday everything was repaired except the ice maker. Kriston texted me to advise she had put in an order for compensation for the days we didn’t have what we needed and assured me that was not this standard and apologized again. Overall the house was great, we had a wonderful time and Kriston went above to ensure we were happy! Would recommend the property a d Avant !

Thank you for such a fair and generous review. We're sorry your stay started with maintenance issues, but we're glad Kriston kept you informed throughout and made sure things were put right. She'll be thrilled to hear her efforts made a difference, and we'll pass along your kind words. It means a lot that you had a wonderful time overall and would recommend the home, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again with everything in top shape from day one.

We had a few visitors(waterbugs and roaches) the property is near water could be the reason for the activity however when contacted avant stay they sent the exterminator. The primary bath shower leaked onto floor because it was not sealed ,which was a hazard condition.

Response from VrboOwner on 30 Apr, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the pest activity and the issue with the primary bath shower — neither reflects the standard we strive for, and we appreciate your patience as our team coordinated the exterminator visit during your stay. Your notes around the shower seal have also been shared with the appropriate team to ensure it's properly addressed. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and would welcome the opportunity to host you again for a smoother experience next time.

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay. Location to beach access was perfect. Beach was quiet. Wagon with beach chairs & umbrella was added bonus. House, backyard, and pool exceeded our expectations. Peaceful and spacious. Third floor living space was fun for the kids stocked and with games. Couches were large and comfortable. Small drink fridge in eat in kitchen nice to have. No ice maker but grocery stores are nearby. Highly recommend this property.
