This lovely 3 Br / 3 Ba condo has been totally renovated with new furniture, new flooring, new paint, etc. It's like a brand new condo. It has amazing views from the 6th floor of the Brighton building located in Kingston Plantation. The ocean views which can be enjoyed from the living room and main bedroom. It features a large private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).
The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

* * 2026 Winter Projects still in process for the complex and may affect balcony use, access, view, and/or closure during your stay. Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub is CLOSED til end of May. Guests may use Windemere community pool as alternative.**

* Embassy Suite pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool tickets)

The unit was as good as advertised. Check-in was simple, parking was easy to find for the unit, and the building is wonderfully located. The unit itself was the cleanest we have seen a rental unit in the Myrtle Beach area. The unit has also undergone a phenomenal remodel, with many modern features that other units lack. We appreciated that the unit balanced upscale features and a child-safe environment. We highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic Stay at a Comfortable Condo!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. It was clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was very communicative. The view from the condo was stunning with an ocean view. Kingston Planation is very quiet and peaceful and secure. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay. Definitely planning on coming back.

Why they chose this property

Brighton Tower has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
