Overall good experience, property kind of run down. I noticed some mold and lots of sand eveywhere which I understand would be hard to prevent. Our tub wouldn't drain so we didn't even use the shower after the kids rinsed off.

Loved being so close to the beach but the facility was very outdated and dirty. Definitely not a 3 star resort. Indoor pool/hottub area smelled often like stinky garbage. The view was nice but it’s on the 14th floor so lots of walking. We had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. No one cleaned the room during the duration of our stay.

Extremely disappointed

I received a message ONLY 4 hours prior to check in that the reservation was canceled due to plumbing issues. We were already on our way to the hotel, so last minute we had to find a new hotel and ended up staying somewhere awful for double the price. This being a hotel I would’ve assumed the offer of another room. We were really looking forward to this trip but ended up extremely disappointed because the hotel we booked months in advance canceled. Will not be booking again.
