We had a great week long stay. My husband is very into cleanliness and this stay did not disappoint. It was very clean and was in a great location. One of our sons was playing at the ballparks of America and it was easy to get to each day and being close to the landing was very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was as pictured. The check-in process was more detailed than I am used to with other rentals. The area was safe and close to The Landing and the Main Street for the shows.

Perfect spot. Very clean. Loved this place. Creak out back was a perfect get away. Soooo close to the landing and everywhere we love to go. Highly recommend a kitchen trash can and hangers for the closet. Other than that definitely a perfect place. Thank you!!

Good spot for the money

We have stayed here before and are return customers. It’s conveniently located to Highway 76–all the Brandon shows, as well as Branson Landing and the less touristy parts of Branson. We didn’t visit Table Rock or Taneycomo on this trip, but those are not far either. My biggest complaints are more suggestions…a kitchen trash can would be great, some hooks in the bathroom for towels, and hangers in the closet would have been helpful. BUT, it’s clean, easy check-in/out, plenty of parking, the river runs behind the condos for nice sound in the evening, and the price was more than reasonable. Thanks!

Good Overall but

The building and property were nice. The condo was clean and the balcony was wonderful with the wicker rockers. However, there was no kitchen trashcan (I had to ask for one) and, other than the kitchen, there were no other amenities. Meaning no hairdryer, no iron, nothing that is typically in a condo when we rent. So if you are going to rent this room, you will love it but take your own supplies for health and beauty because all they supply is dishes.

My understanding is this property was just purchased by thousand heels so a lot of my issues were just newly acquired property issues. We really liked the location and the property itself. The bed was great, very comfortable. Of course the water pressure was not great, but you always expect that when you are staying at another place that is not your own. First we pulled up and we had no idea which apartment we were staying in so we called the property manager and they didn't know either. That was frustrating after being on the road for hours. The listing says that there is coin operated washer and dryers on site, but we never found those and we look for three days. Also never found the workout area, we looked. Supposedly, you have access to the pool on site, but we never had key cards to be able to access that. There is a hotel next-door that appears to be the same property, but there's no front desk to go and ask anyone there anything. So no help with washers, workout area or pool access. Text the property manager for a plunger. Zero replies for more than 12 hours so we just purchased one ourselves. SDC was not kind to my husbands digestive system lol. The apartment itself needs some lamps in a bad bad way. The bedroom is so dark and the one overhead light is not sufficient. In turn the living rooms overhead light was blinding. The living room even has a special light switch made for lamp, so please put a lamp in there as soon as possible. Also get a duvet cover!

We have stayed at this property several times and always enjoy our stay. We do usually bring our own bedside lamps as there are none on the nightstands. Also there are no clothes hangers in the closet and no door hooks in the bathroom for hanging a robe or cosmetics bag.
