BEACH BLOCK Ocean View Haven!

Come and stay in my vacation ready, fully furnished beach block condominium that has all of the amenities you'll need to relax and enjoy your shore getaway! Experience all of the pleasures this non smoking beachfront condo has to offer.

Located on the top level of a three story complex, second unit from the end, #27 is where you can find this gem. You can relax on the balcony and enjoy totally un-obstructed views of the beach and ocean. The condo sleeps four comfortably. It has two full size beds in the bedroom and a large armoire. There is plenty of closet and drawer space to help you settle in. Bathroom with vanity for storage, kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, stove range, counter space and cabinets, dining table, living room with flat screen smart TV, and free WiFi.

Wildwood Crest FREE beaches have been voted the Best in South Jersey and it is just half a block, 3 minute walk to the beach. There is a large heated in ground pool (3ft-9ft) along with a kiddie pool attached. There are lounge chairs by the pool and up on the sundeck. We have a large picnic area on the grounds. There are 3 full size barbecues, 3 large picnic tables, and cushioned seating in the sun or shade to relax on while your food is cooking. We have 2 outdoor showers to rinse off from a day at the beach. Right on the grounds are clotheslines for your wet bathing suits and towels and a full size washer and dryer for your use.

Parking Is provided for one car on the property. There is also a bike rack on premises. Wildwood offers everything you can want in a vacation. You have located just a short distance away, the beautiful sunset bay, beach front/boardwalk bike paths and bike rentals, BYOB restaurants, outdoor concerts, Amusement Piers, Convention Center that always hosts events, ice cream parlors, mini golf, wave runner and boat rentals, surf and stand up paddle board lessons, shopping, bars and lounges, and fireworks. Cape May is only a short ten minute drive away and if your feeling lucky Atlantic City is only about thirty minutes away!

The owner was very helpful and friendly. This was a great location also. Close walk to the beach and other activities. Although the place was a bit small, it was just fine for 3 of us. We had a fantastic vacation!

Very nice little condo in the nice neighborhood. The unit was clean, and had everything we needed. There was a one small issue which owner very quickly resolved - Thank You. Overall, highly recommend as a shore getaway.

Perfect!!

This was a wonderful and affordable property. We had so much fun in the uncrowded pool. The apartment had everything we needed and was much better than a generic motel room. We loved the view of the water from the living room. The large fridge was a plus! And only a block walk to the beach. Overall amazing stay and would absolutely rent here again.

Jen’s condo was the best find! We really enjoyed our stay in Wildwood... close distance to the beach, easy access to the Boardwalk with the Trolley... The condo is clean, comfortable. The kids, and adults, will love the pool, before and/or after the beach :) Don’t hesitate to rent!

A week of sun and sand

My friend and I did a girlfriend get away, I found this condo through Vrbo and loved it, Jennifer has a beautiful condo and we loved it! She was so easy to work with and the distance to the beach was perfect (1 block)!! The distance to Cape May was just over the bridge. I would absolutely stay there again

Labor Day weekend get away with 2 small children and wife

I was fortunate enough to have Jennifer approve our stay in her condo for Labor Day Weekend. It was an amazing condo with all the accommodations my family could need. It was my wife, my 2.5 yr old and 9 week old new born. The tenants of the condo were great people who were extremely polite. We had many pool conversations. The condo itself was clean and properly updated with everything we could have needed. The location was one block from the beach which made access easy. Most of all the owner , Jennifer was a joy to communicate with. She answered my questions super quick and was beyond friendly. We will be returning to stay with her again. Thanks Jennifer!

Great Location, Very Clean

First time staying here and would definitely stay again. The unit was very clean. The pictures are very accurate. The best part was the location - being able to look out at the ocean while having breakfast was super enjoyable. (The beach may be a block away, but it's still a beach view - and without the beach-view price tag.) There are also two chairs and a little side table out on the balcony directly outside of the unit, so you can sit back, sip a drink and enjoy. The walk to the beach was very short. We kept our beach chairs and blanket in our trunk and grabbed them on our way to the beach each day. Made things very easy. Jen was very nice and easy to reach during our stay.

Clean and convenient

The condo is located just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and good restaurants, we did take-out. We were able to carry our tent, 16 mont old's beach toys and the baby to the beach between me and my husband without a wagon or stroller. The decor is cute and beachy, the view of the beach from the living room window was quite nice, beach town vibes. The pool was clean and the kiddy pool was shallow and perfect for our baby who insisted on getting in the big pool anyway. Jennifer was reachable and shared a lot of information on activities around the area. The Wildwood boardwalk was just a short drive away. We had a great time and would recommend to a smaller group/family looking to spend most of your time outside. We also got to meet the owner, Jennifer, and her family while there and they were friendly and nice to talk to.

Small, uncomfortable furniture and beds. Clean and good location.

My husband and I booked this place for a week and I would advise against it. We were treated very badly by the Owners parents (who were in the room next door). It advertises that it sleeps 4 people. My sister and her husband came to spend the night with us and were quickly THROWN OUT. The owners father started screaming at me. Instead of talking to me to explain the strict policy of names on the registration form, he flew into a rage that nearly had me in tears. So my sister and her husband got a room in the Motel across the street and came over to visit. I was told that "NO visitors were allowed! They could not be there even for an hour!" Owners father was yelling at me and he would not even listen to anything that I said. I was so upset and it almost ruined my vacation. If I could have gotten my money back, I would have left. The Owner texted me and said she would be calling me to apologize for her Fathers treatment of me but she never did. The place is extremely small and the furniture is un comfortable. The mattresses on the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bedroom pictures on the site are deceiving. I liked how the beds looked in the pictures with nice and fresh updated bedding but when we arrived, the comforter and pillows had been switched. The location is good and the place was clean but there are plenty of other places in the area of similar pricing that treat their customers respectfully. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful place for a beach getaway

The proximity to the beach was perfect, one block only. This was important to me while vacationing with a little one. The pool was fantastic as well, a great way to take a break from the sand and just relax in the cool water. The condo was clean and as advertised, just what my family needed. The owner was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this for a couple or small family.

Great condo close to beach

My husband and I stayed with our two children ages 5 & 8 and had a great time! The condo and location were just as described. The pool and condo grounds were very nice and well taken care of. The clothesline was a great bonus for drying wet suits and towels from the beach! Jennifer was very responsive to questions via email and text. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that we could see most of the Friday night fireworks from outside our door too! Great rental in optimal location for a couple or family with young children.
