Why they chose this property
This house is very centrally located, 10 minute walk from both Eagle- and Palm Beach. The biggest supermarket Superfood is just around the corner and so is the High Rise Strip. Lots of restaurants are just a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive away, like Daniels Stakehouse, Fishes & More, Gianni's, Casa Tua, Bohemian, Asia, Azur and many, many more... Before or after dinner and drinks take a relaxing plunge in your private pool and enjoy your home away from home to the fullest.
What makes this property unique
As they say, location is everything. A nice and quiet street close to literally everything. A perfect pool and a very comfortable, fully equipped house with a big kitchen and more than enough space to relax.
