The Lidiya Room, right on the famous Daytona Beach.

Located in the heart of Daytona Beach, relax in a fully renovated, ocean front unit. Watch the waves, sit on the balcony and breathe in the ocean air.
Other things to note
Please note, we are not a traditional hotel and are offering are personal property for the use and enjoyment of other guests.

We have recently performed a gut renovation and the unit is brand new.

● 24-hour coin laundry on premises.

● NO TRAILER parking allowed on property.

● Pool and direct beach access are OPEN.

● NO SMOKING/VAPING

● AC/HEAT: Our complex's cooling/heating systems are shared by all units. Each unit has a thermostat that can turn the system ON or OFF. The Condominium Association controls whether the system is set to cooling or heating mode, depending on the weather.
● We are a no smoking unit, but we cannot control the other units and/or guests and what they choose to do.

● Ironing board available in unit.

Hot & Cold water.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure to leave the parking pass on the table and take a photo of it and text it to me before check out. We will be charging $125 fee to replace the passes.
Remove trash.
Wash all dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All Trash must be taken out at checkout ≈ Rinse all dishes at checkout.
Please put car parking pass on front windshield mirror at all times when parked . Parking pass MUST be returned to the table and left at checkout.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping.
