The house was neat, clean, quiet, well-equipped with kitchen ware, washer/dryer. Great AC. Beds, sheets, pillows were comfortable. Host was quick to respond to questions. It's just one block away from a park with playground, walking trail, and dog park. Just a few blocks (easy walk) to library and grocery store. Easy driving access to Wal-mart and many restaurants. Definitely would recommend!!

Chickasha

The property was as pictured. It is a new construction and most everything is new. One problem, the couch sits 3 and there were four of us staying. Richard has ordered a chair. I would recommend that he also put some pictures up on the walls. There was no "personality" to the place. Pictures would help. Also, some wall clocks in the bedrooms and in the living room would be nice. It rained a LOT the days we were there and as a result the lawn did not get mowed. Overall, I would give the place a 9, but only because of the couch and the rooms with no pictures. Any questions I had, were answered quickly by Richard. Thank You, Ted
