This Guest House Is Located In A Private Setting. It Is A Totally Separate Upstairs Cottage With Private Living Room, Private Bedroom, Private Bathroom And Has Its Own Washer & Dryer. It Is Clean And Nicely Decorated And You Will Have Your Own Private Unit & Private Entry Without Having To Meet The Owners (Unless Of Course You Would Like To Meet Us). We Love Hosting And It Shows! You Will Feel Welcome From The Moment You Walk In The Door. We Provide Plenty Of Snacks, Amenities And Do Everything We Can To Add To Your Comfort. We Get Repeat Guests All The Time So This Assures Us We Are Doing Something Right!

It Has Beautiful Mountain Views, It's Clean And Nicely Decorated. Very Spacious. Just 5 Miles To The Claremont Colleges Which Is The Majority Of Our Guests. We Love To Host College Families! We Are Located At The Foothills So There Is Tons Of Great Hiking Trails In The Area. We Are 37 Miles Away From Disneyland, 10 Miles To Ontario International Airport, 55 Miles To LAX Airport, 42 Miles To Downtown LA, 8 Miles To Mt. Baldy, 61 Miles To Big Bear Lake, 50 Miles To The Newport Beach. This home is located at the foothills in the San Antonio Heights area of Upland. There is a park just down the street. It is an eclectic neighborhood with some large homes and many small quaint properties. It has a rural feel to it. Wildlife can be prevalent around the area. We have personally seen; rabbits, squirrels, coyotes, raccoons, skunks, hawks, owls, bobcats, mountain lions, etc.

Wonderful Rental perfect for parents of the Claremont Colleges

We stayed here while visiting our son for Claremont McKenna's family weekend and it was just perfect!! Warm and inviting with every detail well thought out AND only 12 minutes to campus. We will definitely be staying here again. Cannot recommend this rental enough!

This is a Charmer

the best little cottage in all of Upland. The hosts are amazing, the property is very clean, well appointed, and has everything you need. The views are amazing and it’s close to everything. We will hopefully will be able to make this our home away from home when visiting family.

My daughter and I stayed for a full week. The location was perfect for a soccer tournament she was playing in. The house was so clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. The host added so many extra accommodations it made us feel at home. I was definitely stay there again.
