Charming 1 bedroom 1926 apt in historic Lindley Park is close to everything.
This one bedroom 1926 charmer located in chill, eclectic, historic neighborhood, Lindley Park features two queen beds (one is a Murphy Bed in the living room), child-size bed off the bedroom, office niche, and small full kitchen and coffee/tea station.
The entrance to the apartment is down the driveway on the left side of my house. Enter the green door on the side porch by entering the code on the keypad. The apartment has a separate entrance from a shared porch.
We recently added a rescue dog to our family. He’s a 3 year old very friendly, goof ball of an English Setter named Harley Phinn. You will almost certainly hear him bidding you welcome on arrival or fare thee well on departure — with a little whinging on in between times. **Please note, while you may see Harley when you enter or exit or as he runs past you on his way out or in the backyard, he is never in the apartment upstairs.** Harley has a history of taking advantage of the back door being left open, so we ask that guests make sure the green door catches when you come and go. Our neighbor has two dogs, Emmi and Otto. If they are out, they will also make themselves known, but like Harley, they are totally harmless. You might see Harley whilst you’re on the back porch where he’s likely to try to engage you in a game of fetch — in which he runs around with a stick that he may or may not let you throw for him.
The apartment is within easy walking distance to the beautiful 17-acre Greensboro Arboretum and "The Corner" with over a dozen restaurants, bars, sandwich, and coffee shops. Just a short drive to downtown, with its vibrant local food & music scene, Friendly Shopping Center, entertainment, incl. the Tanger Performing Arts Center, and the Greensboro Coliseuem Complex / White Oak Amphitheatre / Greensboro Aquatic Center.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while going to an event at the Coliseum. We were close to everything we needed to access and the owners were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Our children loved getting to meet Harley and we appreciated their sleeping options for the kids. Will definitely rebook the next time we’re in Greensboro!
Cliff was an awesome host. The flat was clean, stocked, and beautifully decorated making the most out of space where it was cozy and workable. My wife and I will definitely be staying here again. Great location and that it is in close proximity to multiple areas of attractions, restaurants, and entertainment.
Convenient location and perfect for one or two people. My daughter and I enjoyed the kitchenette and the ease of making meals. The host helped us with our luggage and was very prompt to respond to anything we needed.
This is a beautiful and well appointed apartment in a quaint neighborhood that is close to UNC-G. It was incredibly clean and quite spacious. The host was wonderful and friendly, and so was his dog! We will definitely stay here again.
I’ve stayed at several properties in the area and this is at the top of the list! Location is fantastic and accommodations are clean, tasteful and fun. The hosts are super nice and appropriately available if needed. We loved our stay!
What a great place to stay! Cliff was a wonderful host--friendly and welcoming. Easy to contact. Quickly responsive when questioned during our settling in phase. The furniture was comfortable. The mattress was perfect. The shower was forceful. Totally quiet (for sleeping). The dog was friendly, only barked a brief hello and goodbye to us. Never heard him otherwise. Decor displays Cliff's artistic talents and we enjoyed. Stick and Stone pizza--a few blocks away--is outstanding!
We stayed here for one night to attend the Halloween Party at Castle McCulloch. Cliff was great! He even gave me some tape because I needed to tape something to my costume. The place was lovely and very clean and comfortable. Great stay!
The owner/manager of the property was absolutely charming and very easy to work with Property was very well taken care of very nice place recommend highly
We were in the area to attend parents weekend at Elon University which was roughly 30 minutes away. The house felt centrally located with several dining options nearby. The apartment was quaint, beautifully decorated and the owner was available for questions or recommendations. We will definitely return.
The apartment was perfect for our quick trip to Greensboro. It was perfect for me, my husband and daughter (age 3). She slept great in the toddler bed! The place was clean and had everything you need. Location is super convenient to attractions and entertainment. Highly recommend!
It was clear that our host Cliff took great care both in his property and ensuring guests were well cared for at his charming home. Little things like chilled filtered water in the fridge and a filled Keurig awaited us up on arrival. We enjoyed the backyard space and enjoyed spending time with both hosts who were welcoming and friendly. Great place, just wished I could have stayed longer, the little apartment had everything you'd need for an extended stay.
