It’s a Radisson I was not aware of that. Not a bad experience but just not what I thought I was signing up for.

First I did not know this room was a Raddison Hotel. The floor felt dirty, we never saw housekeeping. There is no desk or rolling chair.

Toilet would not flush shower and sink drain were clogged, sink faucet will not open all the way as it hits top of granite shelf and would not drain, the tv didnt work and the phone in room was not operational tried to call front desk but no dial tone.
Room clean, fitness room awful!! Have to request house keeping but they do not change sheets. Bar and restaurant bare minimum. They have a nice bar next to hotel(Not the-one located in the hotel) Would not stay again!
The room was very compact, with little spare space for a 2 queen bedroom. There were basically no amenities in the room; No hanger, no hair dryers. The lobby was under construction and not very clean, the hallways are old and dusty.
My first time booking here, and I would have been fine with the room even though the bathroom light fixture had no bulbs (the outer glass had been placed in the bathtub) and we were unable to be provided a different room. When we arrived I was asked to provide my card in case of damages, which I expected to be a refundable deposit. However, my card was charged a 75 fee when I had already paid for my reservation on Vrbo and I have not received a refund. We checked out on time and we did not damage the room, so there was no reason for the fee. I do not recommend booking here.

Host gave me a full refund but they literally overbooked and the receptionist at the hotel was the worst. Got denied my room and had to drive 6 hours back home through the night. Not the hosts fault at all I had good communication with them but the actual staff at the hotel will overbooked and then tell you to go home regardless of the time.
The check in process took 45 minutes. I had two hand the check-in person my phone because they couldn’t figure out the reservation. I had a reservation for three adults. The room I initially got had one bed and one small chair. I went back to change to a different room and indicated that it was three male adults and the reservation stated two beds and a pullout couch the second room that we got which I settled on, had two beds but no pullout couch just a small chair in the corner. I had to make shift a bad out of the small chair in the corner and adamant that I found and the desk chair one of the beds had sheets and the comforter the other bed just had sheets that look like they hadn’t been cleaned in over a week. When I asked for a set of sheets in a comforter for the makeshift bed, I was denied the linens. When I got off the elevator there was trash bags sitting next to the trashcan, which remained there and were added to for the entire three nights of our stay. The pool that they advertise had no water mind you this is the first weekend in June I would’ve expected the pool to be open. The Fitness room on second floor had nothing in it but a broken armoire the breakfast that they served Saturday actually had sausage and hashbrowns. However, the hashbrowns were cold, there were some a few apples and a little juice, but I wouldn’t consider that a breakfast bar. None of the ice machines worked. Staff were all incredibly rude.
