I’m sorry that parts of your arrival experience didn’t meet your expectations, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points for future guests. I was awaiting your arrival and welcomed you as you entered, after which I offered you a seat so we could comfortably go through the house rules, answer any questions, and review details of the property. I spent at least 30 minutes with you, showed you around the home including all bedrooms, set you up on the Wi-Fi, explained the lockbox access, and ensured you were familiar with the layout of the property. We also had a pleasant conversation about your previous trips to Barbados, and I asked whether you had completed your grocery shopping, to which you indicated you had everything you needed. Household items such as washing supplies are stored under the kitchen sink, and the washing machine is located in the outside laundry area. I am also available to guests 24 hours a day, and ensured you knew how to reach me should you have had any questions I did not receive any messages or calls from you during your visit and any queries you had, I would have been more than happy to assist. I truly value feedback and will continue working to make the experience even clearer and more comfortable for future guests.
