Booking procedure:
Payment processing fee added after reservation - 3% of total reservation
Final payment is due 60 days prior to your stay.
During peak season, we require Saturday or Sunday check in / check out
Peak season: School breaks, holidays, dance competitions, trade show events

BBQ grill: $75/stay + taxes
