Escape to this charming house tucked away in a safe part of town, less than 1 minute to U.S. 52 This cozy retreat features 1 King and 1 Queen bedroom, each equipped with smart tvs. Our kitchen comes complete with a 4 burner cooktop, a full size refrigerator and plentiful cabinetry (we do not offer an oven, but an air fryer is available). Stretch out on the super comfy, full size sofa and watch a flick on a wall mounted smart tv. Enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings while perched in the back yard gazebo (10 ft x 12 ft) and unwind in the peaceful ambiance (power outlet available in gazebo for keeping devices charged) We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Feel safe while you stay in a desirable, walkable neighborhood, close to parks, good eats, bars and shops.

Pros: Great location for us. House was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Cons: There was some difficulties with the neighbors across the street that made backing into the driveway difficult. No laundry facilities and no oven. The home was comfortable and served the purposes that we needed. We were visiting family and the location of this home was a three minute drive from them. There were a few things that were not as expected, but after reaching out to the owner/manager, she did what she could to provide accommodations. The owner/manager had quick responses and we appreciate her willingness to make things right. Thank you.

The host was attentive, but this property were less than mediocre. There looked to be some sort of screen in the kitchen that was hiding the furnace that is not located in the photos on VRBO. Before check-in we were given rules to follow that were not listed on the VRBO: take off shoes inside door, dont run microwave and toaster at dame time. dont touch certain ligh switches. There was a hole in the wall that they were hiding with curtains, the floor was sticky. We had to mop the floor. Our camera caught a picture of the wall that looked like we were in a crime scene. Some of the cupboards would not shut. The curtains also hid cracked window ceils that possibly contained lead paint. The listing said upscale neighborhood-This is not in an upscale neighborhood. I took pictures to back up my claim. Lipstick on a pig.
