The Space:
Upper Level:
This level features a luxurious King Suite with an ensuite bath, including a large soaker tub and a TV for ultimate relaxation. There is also a cozy guest room with 2 twin beds and a full guest bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with a spacious dining area nearby. The comfy seating area with a TV provides a great space for unwinding, while the washer and dryer offer added convenience for longer stays.
Lower Level:
The lower level includes a cozy living room area with a TV, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. A full bath with a shower-tub combo ensures comfort and convenience for guests. The queen guest room features a comfortable queen bed, and there's a private desk space for those who need to get some work done during their stay.
Outdoor Space:
Enjoy breathtaking views throughout the property, visible from both the upper and lower-level decks. The outdoor areas feature dining and seating spaces, perfect for enjoying meals or simply relaxing. A propane BBQ grill is available for guests to use, making outdoor cooking and dining a breeze while taking in the stunning surroundings.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the property after 4 pm on their check in day until 10 am on the date of check out. Access via keypad.

Located in the Canyon Mesa golf community in the Village of Oak Creek.
Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Sedona.
Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
No Pets!
No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
