The casita is located near Temecula wine country and several hospitals for easy access to traveling nurses looking for a clean new casita near work. The casita is attached to a home built in 2022 located in a very quiet neighborhood backed up to a undeveloped open area with mountain views. The casita has its own entrance and is completely separate from the rest of the residence with a lock off door between the main house.Plenty of parking infront of the casita only steps away from the front door
