About this property

Bring the whole family to this actively listed home with lots of room for fun in the sun. Open concept kitchen with seating for 12+ allows plenty of space to gather with friends and family. Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, beach towels, chairs and toys. Linens are provided for each bed and 9 guests. Games and books for everyone in your group. New pool loungers added January 2024. New full bed and bunk added August 2024.

Master has a king bed and full bath, large closet, TV ceiling fan and even an electric fireplace.
Two bedrooms have queen beds and ceiling fans and TVs
The new 4th bedroom has a full bed, top bunk ceiling fan, and TV.
Lanai is caged and has 2 brand new lounge chairs, outdoor comfy furniture to gather poolside and a gas grill with tools
Spa with fountain.

Beach amenities also include umbrellas towels, coolers and beach bags. Plus what you need to go shelling.
