Weekly pass: $70 per person

Peak Season (May 16 - Sep 22):
3-day pass: $70 per person
Weekly pass: $115 per person
Children under 5 years old enter free with a paying adult.
Purchase instructions will be included in your "Welcome to Bayside Resort" email, sent 18 days before arrival.

Housekeeping & Security

Professional Cleaning: The home is professionally cleaned before check-in and after check-out. Guests must remove personal belongings, dispose of trash, and leave surfaces clean.

Outdoor Security: Some areas may have outdoor security cameras for safety monitoring.

Lease Agreement: By booking, guests agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined on our website.
