This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, quiet and serene family home is located on the beautiful Oneida Lake in Central NY. The home includes all accommodations for a comfortable stay (3 memory foam queen beds, full size futon sleeper, 2 Fold away Twin Size guest beds) full kitchen and cooking facilities, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, and WiFi for your convenience. The open living space is perfect for entertaining and the upstairs executive suite allows for multiple families to stay comfortably. Includes large decks for enjoying the amazing outdoor areas, and stairs with landings leading down to your own private lakefront oasis! The home is located on the quiet north side of Oneida Lake, and because the home is elevated from the shoreline it offers some of the best views the lake has to offer! You will literally feel as if you could step outside onto the lake. The home also offers a fenced in back yard to keep the little ones safe and protected.

Bring your boat, and keep right at the included dock. You can be enjoying restaurants, and in Sylvan Beach within 5 minutes on water and on land! Experience some of the best fishing on the lake, with hotspots for bass and walleye right out in front of the property. You will also experience some of the best views of fireworks around the lake should you be lucky enough to stay during these times!

The property also offers winter lovers a taste of what makes Upstate NY winters some of the most beautiful around. The property is conveniently located right off a major snowmobile and ATV trail with easy access for both. It also could provide someone a nice quiet location to stay while visiting the Turning Stone Casino as it is less than 30 minutes away.

For rainy days we have recently added some new games; foosball, ping pong, darts, and wii!

If you are a nature lover you will not be disappointed, as it not uncommon to see deer, owls, and our resident bald eagle flying by! For Sylvan Beach attractions this location can not get more perfect. Your family will still be close enough to the action, but far enough away to get some relaxation later on. It also would make a perfect location to stay while visiting for one of the wedding venues in the beach. You will truly feel like you are on a relaxing retreat, with lake views visible throughout the entire home!

This house has it all! Great for the whole family! My boys loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, the hot tub directly off the porch, the beautiful views and fun basement hang out. My oldest son stayed in the suit above the garage, which has its own balcony, tv, desk, and bathroom. Check in and check out was easy. Ryan is a great host!

Weekend wedding

In town for a wedding celebration. House was conveniently located near Vanderkamp and nearby restaurants in Sylvan Beach. Ryan was spot on in communications and the house was exactly as described, with beautiful views of the lake out back. Bonus was the retro games which my adult children really enjoyed on a rainy evening. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great getaway on the lake

Easy going stay

Family get-together

The house was very clean and conveniently located for both families to travel to. The wedding reception we were invited to did not want children to attend. So with the games in the basement, our children were well entertained for the afternoon. It was a rainy day, so being outside wasn't an option. This was perfect for them and grandpa.

This is a beautiful cottage with a beautiful view. It was big, clean, and the owner communicated very well. It was nice to have access to a hot tub, a game room, and the water. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great Lake Views

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The views are better than the pictures in the listing. The house was clean & cozy with plenty of room for 4 people. The suite above the garage is huge & is great if you want a truly private space away from the main house.

Great Place on the Lake

Great clean place near the beach with the benefit of privacy. Unfortunately, the dock was damaged before we arrived due to a storm. If this is what you are looking for be sure to check with owner if dock was repaired.

Beautiful house on a wonderful setting

Friends and I were in town for a long weekend in Rome. The house was incredible and perfectly suited for the 8 of us. The view from the deck alone was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again, as the owner was extremely responsive, and the actual property matched the description perfectly.

Beautiful lake view!

Mini reunion of 7 high school (40 yrs ago) buddies! Well kept home with many amenities (as advertised). Hot tub on back deck with lake view was amazing! Our wives were jealous. Excellent location and only 10-15 minutes from Sylvan Beach. Ryan (property mgr/owner) was very responsive and accommodating! Great stay!

Perfect!

We stayed here for a girls weekend, there were 7 of us and we found the house to be perfect, clean and well equipped. Plenty of space to spread out, a variety of different areas in the house to enjoy or relax, just sit on the deck and enjoy the view, or play games down stairs. Our group takes a trip every year and we all felt that this was the best rental so far. We are already talking about visiting here again. Thank you Ryan !!

I grew up in a small town in upstate New York and my wife grew up on Oneida Lake. We met in pharmacy school and the rest is history! We have two small amazing children, one 5 year old boy, and one 3 year old girl. We moved closer to the city of Syracuse in an area with wonderful schools but chose to keep the lake home to visit ourselves, and to share with others!

Why they chose this property

My wife grew up on Oneida lake and I fell in love with its charm when I met her in our second year of college. It was a natural fit for us as we both love all that the Oneida Lake area has to offer. We absolutely adore the spectacular views, and enjoy coming back to visit the property ourselves!

What makes this property unique

Centrally located between Utica and Syracuse. The lake views are tremendous. You can't beat it!
