THE SPACE

Designed for large families and groups, Sweet Life comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests with 4 bedrooms, multiple Murphy beds, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, and 2 spacious living areas spread across three levels.

WATERFRONT LIVING

Enjoy direct waterfront access and one of the few sandy beach areas on Lake LBJ. Swim, fish, kayak, build sandcastles, or simply relax by the water while taking in breathtaking sunsets and panoramic lake views.

PRIVATE POOL AND OUTDOOR FUN

The private pool features a large shallow lounging shelf and depths up to 7.5 feet. An electric safety cover provides added peace of mind for families. Beach towels and life jackets are provided, along with an outdoor bathroom and shower. The climate-controlled pool can also be heated during cooler months, making it enjoyable year-round (additional fee applies).

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT

The outdoor living space is what truly sets Sweet Life apart. Enjoy a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a stove, commercial sink, and refrigerator, along with multiple seating and dining areas, a TV with Sonos sound system, firepit, and both gas and charcoal grills. Situated on nearly an acre of waterfront property, there is plenty of room for frisbee golf, washers, Connect Four, croquet, basketball, tetherball, and outdoor fun for all ages. The fully equipped kitchen includes double appliances with two ovens, two microwaves, and two dishwashers, making meal preparation easy for larger groups. MAIN FLOOR PRIMARY SUITE

Conveniently located on the main level, the primary suite features a king bed, twin bunk beds, walk-in closet, and spacious ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower.

UPPER LEVEL RETREAT

The upper level serves as a private retreat with three additional bedrooms, multiple Murphy beds, a separate living room, full kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and two full bathrooms. Step onto the private deck and enjoy spectacular views of Lake LBJ.

LAKE ACTIVITIES

Enjoy kayaking, fishing, swimming, and relaxing on beautiful Lake LBJ. Guests also have access to a nearby private HOA boat ramp and dock, making it easy to launch a boat and enjoy a day on the water.
