Casita is clean, fully furnished and pet friendly including new large flatscreen TV, outdoor grill, full size refrigerator, new stove, new washer & dryer, stocked pantry, A/C, heating, etc. Casita is decorated in Mexican style in a gated, safe, friendly, English-speaking community with 24 hour English-speaking Security guards. Casita sits on hill overlooking town and distant mountains. Covered, spacious patio with BBQ grill affords outdoor dining. Casita is an easy, safe two block walk to Mirador Beach on Sea of Cortez offering swimming, fishing, tide pooling, horseback riding, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, Enjoy dolphin/whale/bird watching, water sports, etc. Puerto Peñasco, aka Rocky Point, is a safe, friendly town 60 miles south of US border crossing at Lukeville, Arizona. Drive your own car over patrolled, modern highway. Must adhere to 25 mph all the way across Sonoyta. Enjoy awesome fresh shrimp, flounder in many restaurants.
