The host was very responsive to my questions. Answered in a timely manner. The location is very close to UT Austin. It is an apartment building that seems to house a lot of UT students. We were there over a weekend and it was very quiet. It is an older building but seems to be well maintained. Our only issues were with the little things. Two wash clothes in the entire apartment that sleeps 4-6 people. No towels in the kitchen to dry dishes. No hangers in the closets. The pillows need replaced. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant. Fixes those few small things and I would stay there again.
