A Beautiful large 3 bedroom condo with an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for a families, couples or a crowd.
Our fully accessible condo overlooks Dawn Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. We mean it's fully accessible, ramps, elevators and wide door ways, are everywhere on the property.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1700 sq. ft. condo sleeps 8.
Luxury features are everywhere including a beautiful infinity pool with swim up bar, full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, dining room, living room, balcony, flat screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and washer & dryer. Fitness center, the new BBQ grilling area is perfect if you want to cook, and the concierge can help with numerous island activities, restaurants, and attractions. A very comfortable and convenient location to all attractions on both the French and Dutch side.
Dawn Beach is located right next to Oyster Pond, one of the most exclusive residential communities on the Dutch side of the island. Dawn Beach Club is gated with 24 hour security and only minutes from the French border as well as Philipsburg, the Dutch capital.
Condo includes, a full kitchen with coffee machine, full size refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, living room with satellite TV, ceiling fans, balcony with outdoor furniture lounge chairs, and tables, private safe, iron & ironing boar. The heavenly King size beds are so comfortable. All three bedrooms have them. There is a pull out couch in the living room.
This resort is so spacious, you will absolutely love it. The beach is expansive. There is a constant breeze off the ocean, so you will never feel the heat....
Day time temperatures all year range between 28 and 35 degrees Celsius.
For our family the Dawn Beach Club is the perfect home base for adventures all off this amazing island. Venture away to Orient Beach, Ansel Marcel, Grand Case, Friars Bay, Margot, Mullet Bay, the list of day trips seems endless.
You will adore the friendly people and the scrumptious food at the numerous restaurants and LoLo's.
Booking is a weekly rental. From Saturday to Saturday (ONLY) see calendar for additional weeks to rent.

Why they chose this property
This property is perfectly situated between the Dutch and the French side. It is very safe to go outside the premises to walk. 2 minutes and you have a grocery store near by, with amazing croissants and baguettes. Also had all kinds of wines, liquors anything else you need for your condo or kitchen. Mama's pizza is amazing to dine at or for take out.
