Everything was OK. Our room was upgraded when we got there. It was spacious and clean. It seems the Strat is going through some upgrades (as seen on various floors). Our floor hadn't been upgraded yet. I was not prepared for the overwhelming cigarette smoke in the lobby/ casino area. Our floor was smoke free and we did not have any problem in our room.

The air conditioner didn't work for the first night and most of the first day we were there. Then when we were leaving we waited for 10 elevator cars and all were too full to get on, so we walked out luggage down 17 flights of stairs and the exit from the stairwell was super sketchy
