Drift off to sleep in the inviting queen-size bed in the primary bedroom, while the second bedroom offers two twin-over-full bunk beds, perfect for families or groups. This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

This property is very spacious for a 2 bedroom / 2 baths. My family of 5 had plenty of room. We over pack everywhere we go and there is plenty of storage available and the luggage carts were appreciated. The condo is very close to the main door towards the beach and the walk way to the beach is short. So getting to the beach is super quick. We brought our wagon to carry all our beach stuff. We had a great time and will be back.

Quick family getaway

Our family vacation close to home was relaxing and enjoyable being so close to the beach and town. We would have loved for the pool to be working and open each day we were there, it wasn’t. My kids love the pool and for it to be closed one of the two days we were able to swim was disappointing.

I’m giving 2 stars because the view was great.This place promoted a king bed and a bunk room, there was no king bed onsite. The sheets on the queen bed were dirty. The floors were full of hair or maybe it was a shedding blanket, I don’t know. The elevator was down at one point. The unit smelled musty, and the sliding door on the patio was very challenging to lock. We had to call the front desk and they sent maintenance who asked us to slam it to make it work. The front desk was responsive but because these are individually owned their hands were clearly tied. They offered a 20% discount for the bed issue. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it. Very sad because the location and view is great!
