The Space:

Smoky Mist Ridge blends modern luxury with classic Smoky Mountain charm. The open-concept living room features vaulted ceilings, large windows with Smoky Mountain and forest views, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace—perfect for relaxing after exploring Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishware, Keurig Duo coffee maker, and a dining table for six.



The main-level king suite is enhanced by unique floor-to-ceiling tree-trunk accents and offers a spa-inspired ensuite with dual vanities and a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Upstairs, you’ll find a second king bedroom, along with a cozy (full-over-queen) bunk nook bedroom ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests. The loft game room overlooks the living area and includes foosball, air hockey, board games, and a 4K TV. A full bathroom with a deep soaking tub/shower combo completes the upper level.



Outdoor living includes porch rockers, a bubbling hot tub, a charcoal grill, and a fire pit—a peaceful mountain escape perfect for morning coffee, evening relaxation, and stargazing. This cabin offers the ideal combination of convenience, comfort, and Smoky Mountain beauty.

Getting Around:

Guests enjoy smooth access to the cabin thanks to paved roads and a level driveway with space for multiple cars. A personal vehicle is recommended for the most flexibility, but you’ll also find convenient alternatives nearby. Rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) operate throughout the area, and the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge Trolleys provide inexpensive transportation to downtown, Dollywood, and local attractions without the hassle of parking.

After booking, you’ll receive an invitation to complete a quick and secure pre-arrival confirmation. This step confirms your identity and payment details. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until this is complete. For security, the door code will only be shared once your info is verified. If we need anything else (like an updated photo ID or signature), we’ll contact you directly.



Occupancy:

Maximum 7 guests. Please include all guests, no matter the age, on your reservation.

On-Site Private Parking:

Flat parking for 2 full-size vehicles - Parking on the street is not allowed. - No RV’s, fifth wheel, gooseneck, or campers are allowed at this property.

Enjoy free, high-speed guest wireless internet for your favorite mobile devices. Smart TVs are located throughout the home. These TVs allow you to use your own streaming service login to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, HBO, and many more, or enjoy live channels provided at no additional cost.

Pets & Service Animals:

No animals or pets are allowed at this property, including service animals, due to the homeowner’s severe allergy to pet dander. Please contact us 72 hours prior to arrival for discounted local pet boarding options.



Smoking & Vaping:

No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors.



Guest Requirements & Security:

Primary guest must be 25+ years of age to book. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas. These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.



Refunds:

Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.
