This unit is a scam. Don’t bother booking it. The owner takes your money and then blames you for booking the unit. If you’re willing to get scammed and deal with endless back-and-forth communication with the owner, the caretaker, and VRBO staff, then go ahead but be warned. This was my worst experience with VRBO so far. I’ve used VRBO for stays in Kyoto and Massachusetts without any issues, but my experience in the Philippines was traumatic. Just a heads-up: there are many scam listings out there, so be extra careful.

I replied to this guest since Jan 30th 2026 that the unit wasn't available till next year 2027 but he keep emailing. So is it my fault back then.. In the first place why he never canceled when i told him so. I have all the emails from him. I can forwarded for you reference.
