Our home is centrally located near OKC’s vibrant Plaza District, a lively area full of local eats, casual hangouts, and city perks. You'll be just a short drive from everything you need.

Dining: Saffron Cuisine of India (5 min), Azteca Mexican Grill (5 min), and quick bites like Wendy’s or Patty Wagon (3-5 min).
Recreation: Enjoy the fresh air at Will Rogers Gardens or the OKC Tennis Center (8 min).

You will have complete and private access to your studio (Unit A), located at the front of the three-unit property. Self check-in makes your arrival simple and seamless. To ensure privacy for all residents, please do not enter the other units or the shared storage room.

Coming up in April: Festival of the Arts at Myriad Gardens (April 23–26) and the OKC Memorial Marathon (April 26). Weekly and monthly stays welcome. Near Integris Baptist (8 min), SSM St. Anthony (9 min), State Fair Park (7 min), and OU Medical Center.

The Space
Step into a streamlined and private studio tailored for modern living. This clean, functional space offers a comfortable and practical base in a central location, complete with your own private entrance.

- Sleeping Area: Rest peacefully in a comfortable queen-size bed, complete with fresh linens, nightstands, and reading lamps.
- Living Area: Unwind on the comfy sofa and stream your favorites on the Smart TV. The high-speed Wi-Fi makes it an ideal spot for relaxing or remote work.
- Kitchenette: The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, electric cooktop, and a coffee maker. Dishes and basic pantry items are also provided.
- Bathroom: Freshen up in the bright, modern bathroom, which features a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead. Clean towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are included.
- Workspace: A small table and chair provide a dedicated space for your laptop or for enjoying meals.

With quick highway access, exploring all that Oklahoma City has to offer is a breeze.

Parking is available for a maximum of one standard-size vehicle. You may park in the driveway behind the house on a first-come, first-served basis, or utilize the free street parking. Please note the backyard is for parking only and is not a shared recreational space.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following:

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- A maximum of two dogs are welcome. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring your furry friends.
- No parties or events.

- Property Style: This is an older, no-frills property that offers a clean, functional, and affordable stay. If you value a great location and budget over - - luxury finishes, you’ll love it here.
- Other Units: This is one of three units on the property. You may hear light noise from other guests.
- Climate Control: The central HVAC is set to 70°F and is owner-controlled. If you need the temperature adjusted, please send us a message.
- Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for guests staying 7 or more days. For stays under 7 days, access is available for a small fee.
- Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property.
