Stunning 5 bedroom 3 ½ bath home 4 miles from Disney with 2 master suites and private pool. Large open layout with newly renovated living room and kitchen. 50 inch smart TV is located in living room allowing access to log into your Netflix, HBO, and other accounts. Kitchen includes large granite island for eating or preparing food.
2 oversized master bedrooms (King) with large en-suite master bathroom. 3 additional bedrooms (1 – Full bed; 2 – (2) Twin beds). House sleeps 10 comfortably. Each bedroom is equipped a TV and smart DVD player allowing you to log into your Netflix, HBO, other accounts. The house comes with strong Wifi single that reaches every room and the pool deck. Garage is converted into a game room for both kids and adults to enjoy.
West facing pool creates perfect late morning and afternoon sun for swimming, and produces breathtaking sunsets over the lake. A Hot Tub is also located on the pool deck. The pool backs up to the community lake to increase your family’s privacy when utilizing the pool.
The house is located in a gated community for additional safety, and is 10-15 min away from all Disney Parks, Disney Waterparks, and Disney Springs. The house is located 20-25 min away from Universal Studios, and 30 min from the airport. Making this the perfect location to enjoy any and all activities while you are in FL. Sunset lakes villa

I have stayed in various homes @ Sunset Lakes over the years. I love the location - privacy with a great lake sunset. This home is in a perfect spot on the lake. It was very broght, welcoming and clean. We really enjoyed our time there.

Codes for access not given properly villa in poor state torn curtains ripped pool netting cleaning of villa poor inside and poolside not good contact numbers in welcome folder did not work jacuzzi unusable one of the worst villas we have stayed in and we have visited Orlando over ten times I would advise people not to book this villa until it has been given a good clean and maintenance issues resolved.

Thank you for taking the time to review our home Paul. I am sorry that the home was not up to your standard. I do note that you contacted us 3 days into your stay to advise us that the internet was not operational, that a curtain had a rip in it and that the outside tap was leaking. We attempted to attend the home within 6 hours of being advised of your concerns, however, the road to the neighborhood was closed, so we could not respond until the following morning. We kept you advised of these developments as they occurred. We were not advised of any of the other issues you have noted in this review despite this ongoing communication. Further, the access instructions are the same ones that we have used for the past 8 years and have not caused a concern for other guests. The same is true for the contact numbers which have been the same for more than a decade. In addition, we requested information regarding the issue with the phone numbers and we were ignored by you.

Christmas vacation

The property was great except the issues we encountered with the pool and hot tub. The hot tub never worked and the pool heat didn’t work the first 3 days. However the management, maintenance and owner did everything they could to get thing up and running. Communicate was great and ultimately the owner refunded the fee for heating them. I appreciate all the efforts made to make things right in the unfortunate event of mechanical failures.
