Located in a 1930’s neoclassical building, directly in front of the Temple of Olympian Zeus, this masterfully completely renovated residence is a superb choice for your next stay in Athens.

Within less than 50 meters distance from the pedestrian walkway leading to all important Athenian must visits, including the Acropolis Museum (3 min walk), the Acropolis and its Parthenon (5 min walk) and the Ancient and Roman Agora’s, as well as the Plaka (5min walk), this spectacular and spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath residential jewel also features a living room with a convertible large sofa bed with a full mattress, high ceilings, and wooden floors. A perfectly comfortable home for 2 up to even 8 guests.

The two bedrooms feature a large double bed each, and the third bedroom two twin beds, all with American imported mattresses and furnished with high-quality linens and pillows for the ultimate sleeping experience. All bedrooms offer large smart TVs, individual stereo system with USB doors and ample closet space. The living room features two comfortable sofa beds one of which turns into an extra comfortable double bed making this home suitable for 8 guests. And a large smart TV with surround sound system. Both double bedrooms and the living room share a magnificent view of the ancient temple of Zeus.
The residence also features a fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot with free English tea, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is a separate service room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing table and space for luggage storage. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, and two blow dryers. The bathroom amenities are provided by the renowned Greek brand “Korres”. The dining room area can accommodate up to 10 for a complete meal. The house is centrally heated during the winter months and furnished with air-conditioning units for the summer.

Loved this apartment! 5 minute walk to Acropolis Museum, across the street from Temple of Zeus, and lots of restaurants within 3 blocks. Rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable, and nice amenities provided. Lots of comfortable seating for our group of six.Would definitely stay here again!

This was a excellent renovated property in Athens! We were across the street from Olympia and within walking of all other sites. We were very close to shops and excellent restaurants! Property management was awesome and helped us with transfers and places to go.

Perfect property for your stay in Athens!

The location is in proximity to everything you want to see with a convenient hop-on-hop of bus a half block away, access to amazing restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is large and comfortable for a sizable group with great communication with the management. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in central Athens

Bill and John’s apartment was everything they advertised! Beautifully furnished, great location, and very genial hosts. They provided so many extras - airport pickup, city tours, help with heavy luggage, etc. We highly recommend their apartment and their amazing congenial services!

Very easy check in. The building is right next to the bus stop and very close to the metro. We came from the airport by metro and it was simple! Walk to the Acropolis and all the restraints and shopping. Very clean with tons of room and even an elevator!

The property is gorgeously designed and maintained. Location unbeatable. Views to die for.

We brought our 11 year old nephew for his birthday - he has been fascinated by Greek history and mythology for years, so it was his dream. He said of the apartment, 'this defines luxury'. Amazing Apartment, Spectacular Service!!!

We were a group of 6 adults who started our tour of Greece with a three night stay at the Athens Exclusive Residence. We couldn't have found a more perfect place to stay. The newly renovated apartment was gorgeous! The 2 full bathrooms were beautifully finished and it felt like you were walking into a spa. The apartment was very clean and fresh on our arrival. It was well outfitted with everything one would need to prepare meals. The beds were out of this world! They were extremely comfortable and were adorned with premium bedding - it was like sleeping on a cloud! It was perfectly located with grocery shopping around the corner and the Plaka district, which is filled with restaurants and shopping, a mere block or two away. We felt very safe in the area. We purchased tickets for the Hop on Hop off bus which stopped a block away from us. It allowed us to tour to all of the sites that anyone would want to see while in Athens. On top of all of these things, the best thing of all about our stay, was the incredible service that we received, particularly from Bill. He was very helpful every step of the way, from our initial contact to well after we checked out. He was always available to answer emails and texts and his responses were almost always immediate no matter what time of day. In fact, I had a text session with Bill a couple months before we arrived in Athens that occurred at 2:30 in the morning Athens time. He arranged all of our transfers to and from the apartment to the airport, as well as a transfer for us from the port to the airport at the end of our trip 3 weeks after we checked out of his apartment. He also made himself available and assisted us with restaurant and other suggestions for some of the Greek islands we visited during our trip. He is a master at providing service. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking at staying in Athens. You won't find a better place to stay. You certainly won't find better service!! Bill is the host of the century!

Wonderful spacious apartment. We wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were a dream. The apartment was on the 2nd floor overlooking a busy street but the double-paned windows kept it very quiet. The beautiful antique elevator worked great and so did the a/c during a very hot week in July. One nice touch: bottles of cold water in the fridge!If you plan to use the all-in-one washer/dryer, please ask for instructions in English unless you read Greek. We could never get the dryer portion to work so we used the drying racks. The apartment was very close to one of the entrances of the Acropolis and to many restaurants and shops. The Hop On/Hop Off Bus was just a block up the street and we walked to many places--especially the Plaka area. To get to Monestraki, we used Uber and/or taxis but discovered we could not call one for six people--only four.

This is the building and the entrance is the black door between the Indian restaurant and the InstaCar business.

Excellent choice

Highly recommend this property! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and close to many sites and tour companies. The Plaka area is maybe a block behind the property and there is a metro station very close by. Contact with the property was very fast and they were always very helpful with answering our questions. Will definitely stay here again if we get back to Athens!

Great for families

I highly recommend this apartment. We spent 3 days with our family and grandchildren. It is the perfect location for walking to the Acropolis and numerous delicious restaurants. The Plaka is packed in the evenings but pleasant and quiet in the mornings.
