Important Details • Power Outages: Due to our mountain location, occasional power outages (typically 2-3 hours) may occur. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided.
• Internet: While we provide the fastest internet available, reliability may vary in the mountains. We offer a large collection of DVDs, games, and a relaxing hot tub as alternative entertainment option.
• Outdoor movie theater: Kindly store the projector indoors and retract the screen after use. Please be considerate of the noise level to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
• Hot Tub Maintenance: Our team services the hot tub weekly, typically in under 15 minutes. Typically, can be used 30 minutes after service is complete. If a full water change is needed, it may take 4-5 hours to reach the optimal temperature. For your safety, please follow the Hot tube rules posted.
• Guest Policy: No visitors are allowed. Please ensure all guests are registered at booking, including infants. Please register infants as children as they are counted within the max occupancy of our home.
• Firewood: We do not provide firewood, but you can get it at the nearby general store if you are planning to use the outdoor fire pit.
• Winter months: all vehicles are required to carry tire chains or state-approved alternative traction devices between November 1 and May 1, regardless of vehicle type, tire type, or weather conditions. Our driveway may get icy.
Pet Policy We’d be delighted to welcome your pet on vacation with you! Please be mindful of these rules. -Max 2 Dogs, 2+ Years Old -$50 per dog per stay -No access to bedrooms or on top of sofa. -Must be crated if left unattended -Leash required outdoors & no wandering onto neighbors’ property -Owners must clean up after pets
