Brand new home located in Yacht Harbor(Less than a mile from FloraBama) a community close to the beach and boast views of the gulf and on Ole River side. This is a 5 BD/5 1/2 bath luxurious free standing home with views of the bay and the gulf and sleeps 16. Community has private dock with some first come boat slips, will need to be reserved. Home also has a private 15ft heat swim spa. This home will have almost 2500 sq ft of heating and cooling living space with 2 Master Suites (one on each floor), tankless heaters, big balconies on each level on the backside of home for great views of the bay and gulf. Close to FloraBama(less than a mile) Crab Trap, several beach access points with parking, restaurants, grocery stores, Orange Beach and Pensacola. Elevataor is availabe with a handicap certificate.
