Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash and dry all used dishes.
Put all trash in the outside green trashcan bin.
Put used washcloths and towels in the bathtub. Strip all used bedroom linens and pile it on the bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking or Vaping inside the home- only outside in designated smoking areas. You will be charged $250.00 if you smoke inside the home.
Outside of water, there is no eating or drinking in the bedrooms. There will be a charge of 100.00 per room.
Extra-person charge will apply if person is not listed in the agreement- $85.00/day. Be honest up front and pay cheaper!
