Your Kingsland adventure begins at this delightful custom built 2-bedroom house. The house has a kitchen with granite counters and all the comforts of home. There is a large patio with attached boat slips and also a neighborhood boat ramp. There is a huge yard with mature trees to spread out and relax. Enjoy your time in Kingsland at our marvelous house.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
In summer turn A/C to 72 and in winter turn heater to 55.
Take all used towels and leave in floor of bathroom. Take all bedding off used beds and leave on floor in bedrooms.
Load dishwasher and remove all food from refrigerator. Take trash out and put in trash container at gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
