This home is ideally located in Layton (Davis County), just minutes from Lagoon; easy access to SLC airport; centrally located by many Northern Utah ski resorts; 20-minute drive to downtown Salt Lake.
This newly remodeled home is beautifully furnished with high-end, modern bathrooms and a gorgeous, large kitchen and dining space (with a kitchenette and second fridge downstairs).
Sleeps 17 adults comfortably and up to 21 people if kids double-up on the full beds and use the twin-size cot. 6 bedrooms total with a bonus double bed in the loft. 4 bedrooms have king beds, 1 bedroom has a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunkbed, and the basement bedroom has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds. There are also 2 twin-size cots under the stairs.
Beautiful, tranquil neighborhood with fabulous views. Come relax and enjoy your family in our beautiful home.

Family Reunion never to be forgotten

This was the perfect gathering and celebrating place for us and our growing extended family! The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious and the different places and levels in the home to gather and enjoy each other were perfect! The kitchen was to die for and the comfort and ease we all felt lent itself to the perfect reunion!!!
