Just 0.5 miles from the ferry dock and the famous Lighthouse Park, our recently updated home offers the perfect combination of comfort, fun, and convenience for your next family getaway, group retreats, bridal parties, reunions or just work retreat. This home features a game room, hot tub, theater home entertainment, outdoor patio heater with dinning table on firebowl, water pond fountain and beautiful landscape lawn.

Parking cars max of 6-7 cars. Driveway you can park 4-5 cars and in front of the house, on gravel you can park 2-3 cars. Not on neighbors area.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please no noise after 10 pm as neighbors need there rest.
