Lovely westhampton house

Adorable house with large yard in a great location! The house was clean and spacious with easy access to town and the beach. Fran was super communicative and accommodating for check in and check out - she even helped track down an item we left behind! Highly recommend for a stay in Westhampton!

Owner had everything ready for us and the house was perfect for our trip to the US Open. Plenty of room for us to spread out, great outdoor space too, huge yard that butts up against a small channel from the bay. Two minute walk from the beach, a great long weekend visit for us!!!

PERFECT BEACH RENTAL!

This house was perfect! Pictures don't do it justice and the inside is much bigger than pictures make it look. Comfortably slept 12 people and everyone had a bed!The backyard was beautiful and the perfect place to unwind and relax. Everything was very clean and have no complaints whatsoever. Within minutes from everything (town and beach) and very easy to get to. Would highly suggest this rental and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Weekend at the Beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Beach home! Beautiful property, easy 5 min walk over the bridge to a wonderful spacious beach with plenty of room to stretch out and relax! There were plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Fran was a wonderful host from booking to checkout! Very friendly, accommodating, responsive and informative. Great Week-end Getaway Hampton House

We stayed at this property for a wedding we were attending in Westhampton. The house was very clean and met all our needs for a nice weekend stay. There was plenty of room for the group, including 2 babies. Loved that it was so close to Dune Road so we didn't need to travel far. Sheets and towels were supplied (and on the bed which is a nice bonus) as well as a well stocked pantry for little things like paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc. Weather was breezy so it really felt nice having the crisp ocean air blowing through all the windows! Owner was quick to communicate and made the process very easy!

Wonderful Westhampton beach house

We had a wonderful month staying here. First, the owner was very responsive, kind, lovely and helpful from beginning to end with every aspect of our stay (beach access, local suggestions etc.) The location is magical -- you are a short walk to an amazing beach and a quick bike or drive into town for ice cream. We also found other great amenities nearby like tennis and mini golf. The backyard faces onto a very pretty canal that is perfect to dock a boat at, go kayaking from and it's a glorious view for outdoor meals. The home is very spacious and well-set up for a group. We had four children in our party and greatly appreciated the ample space in the front and back of the house to play baseball, fly kites and run around. Overall, our stay was excellent and memorable in so many ways and I can't recommend this beach home and its owner highly enough.
