Gorgeous, fully updated large home close to everything! With a walk score of 94, this “Walker’s Paradise” is just steps from Whole Foods, the local farmer’s market, historic Hollywood Theater, Moon & Sixpence pub, restaurants, food carts, the pharmacy, coffee shops and more! You’ll have excellent access to the city with the MAX station a short walk away, and the airport a 15 minute ride by car. Also a "Biker's Paradise" with a bike score of 94. Off-street vehicle parking in the driveway.

The space:
Restored by an interior designer, this home maintains its original details, such as gorgeous wood built-ins and a coffered ceiling in the parlor, while incorporating modern touches and a big personality! Enjoy full amenities: large capacity washer dryer, smart TVs (use the Rokus to stream your favorite shows), central air conditioning throughout the entire house, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and even a Kitchenaid mixer. There are power strips with USB ports in every bedroom, and a dedicated private workspace upstairs, with another workspace available in the breakfast nook. Kids will be thrilled when they discover the “secret room” behind the dollhouse—an experience they will truly not forget (see photos).

Outdoor spaces include a large rooftop deck, cozy front porch, and fully fenced back yard, complete with playhouse.

Built in 1912, a unique storefront addition was commissioned in 1949, originally housing the neighborhoods historic Hollywood Electric Radios & Appliances shop. This addition is completely separate, and you will not be bothered by any loud noises.

Guest access:
You will have the entire home to yourself. There is an adjacent storefront unit attached to the side of the building, but due to the layout of the space (it is very separated), so you won't be bothered by any noise.

We are in love with this house! Our family had a wonderful time. The all cotton bedding and comfortable beds was greatly appreciated as we drove from far away and needed good sleep. The children were entertained with games, puzzles and legos. We hope to be back!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We were in town for a quick weekend trip with the kids and mom-in-law too. We didn't get to enjoy everything this home had to offer but while we were there, we certainly felt at home! My teenagers are hard to impress but even they were impressed- that's saying a lot :P The house had everything you would need for a comfortable -fun stay with the whole family and the kitchen has everything you would need to make breakfast/lunch and/or Dinner. My little one was especially excited for the secret rooms (Closets everywhere!) but of course the one behind the dollhouse was her favorite!! She hasn't stopped telling people about it. Thank you for hosting us, we're looking forward to coming back!

Spacious and clean house conveniently located to reach any part of Portland you want to visit. Very good for families, other than the stairs there was nothing to baby-proof for our toddlers- however, the house still managed to feel stylish and comfortable too. Would book this house again any time it’s available when we’re in town.
