The combined Living room / Dining area boasts Cathedral ceilings , a Fireplace , an outside Balcony, 2 TV , Cox cable , secure , fast Wifi , central AC and modern furnishings . Each bedroom has their own private Bathroom with tubs and showers. Both Bedrooms feature Queen beds , all quality cotton linens , towels and large closets . Both Bedrooms are located on each side of the Living room and provide privacy for individual guests. Hairdryer , Iron and Ironing board are provided. The community offers its residents 24 hours security , a stylish clubhouse with new gym equipment , Sauna , 2 beautiful Resort style Pools , Jacuzzi , a Playground and 2 BBqs. The main Pool and Jacuzzi are heated all year around .For your comfort, the Condo is equipped with new Washer&Dryer , fully stacked Kitchen including Dishwasher , Dish rack , Blender, Coffee maker and Toaster . Perfect for a vacation , a business trip or a longer term rental . Parking is close, in your assigned covered parking spot. Guest parking is available. Mostly clean, but dated. Owner accessible. Charged for damage not incurred by us. Owner positive on arrivL, but defensive and refused to have stove or oven cleaned or to provide a vacuum for cleaning floors or carpet. Washer damaged clothing and we were accused of abusing it. Charged for a whole new window blind which was decades old and the aged plastic bracket broke. Charged for other items which we did not cause the wear of as they were well used when we arrived. What started out well.ended with us unhappy. We have rented for twenty years and never had this experience.orchad to forfeit a cent of our deposit.

Gemütliche Wohnung, große Räume, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

Wir wurden von unserem Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Vielen Dank an Renee und Peter. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Die gesamte Wohnanlage war sehr sauber. An den beiden großen Pools konnten wir uns nach einem langen Ausflugstag prima erholen. Wir werden bestimmt hier nochmal Urlaub machen!

Close to shopping. Quiet neighborhood

Renee and Peter were quick and helpful with any issues. The condo is nicely decorated and stylish with granite kitchen and fireplace, comfortable beds and a large soaker tub. We would rent here again.

Excellent location!

Nice neighborhood. Short drive to anything you may need. Easy access to strip and other sight seeing adventures. We had a great time. Unfortunately cut short by the COVID 19 dilemma.

Great hosts

Renee and Peter made our stay most pleasurable. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and provided useful info on hiking/biking and restaurant places. They responded promptly to whatever we had questions with. The condo layout was great with a BR/BA on opposite ends of the unit. A little closer to the strip(walking distance) would have been nice but overall we would stay again next time.

Perfect For Our Needs

Ww we’re going to Vegas for personal reasons, having nothing to do with the strip, and needed a quiet place to hole up for a few weeks. Renee was quick to get back to us with any inquiries we had, the condo was neat, clean and roomy. Both bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable. The beds aren’t large and there aren’t a ton of pillows, so if you’re a pillow hog like me you may want to bring your own or purchase an extra one while you’re there. The pool is lovely and the a/c worked great! The decor was nice and the sofa was really comfortable. All in all, it was just right for our needs and we highly recommend it!

Very nice 2nd story condo in a very quiet neighborhood. The furnishings we're nice and with the sliding door to the patio you can get a wonderful breeze. The air conditioning in this unit works really well and the place cools down in minutes. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and was very clean. Two TV's, one in the living room, one in the bedroom. My only suggestion would be to get a bigger TV in the living room. The one there is quite adequate, but I'm used to a large tv. Overall great rental and I would recommend and also use on return trips. Bill - Ft Lauderdale

Erholsamer Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen läßt!

Die Vermieter haben uns persönlich empfangen und wir konnten sofort erste Fragen klären. Danach haben wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt genießen können. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt, es war sauber, gepflegt und alles hat einen ordentlichen Eindruck gemacht. Die geräumige Küche haben wir oft genutzt; sie ist ausreichend ausgestattet, um auch mal selbst zu kochen. Die Elektrogeräte haben alle einwandfrei funktioniert, die Spül- und die Waschmaschine hatten wir oft im Einsatz. Auch den Komfort durch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zugeordnetem Badezimmer haben wir geliebt. Auf der angrenzenden Straße war kaum Verkehr, so daß es auch nachts angenehm ruhig war. Das Auto wird am dazugehörigen und überdachten Stellplatz geparkt. Zum Ausspannen eignen sich die beiden großzügigen Pools, von denen einer sogar beheizt ist. Für uns auch sehr wichtig war der Fitnessraum, den wir fast jeden zweiten Tag besucht haben; mit zwei Laufbändern und diversen Geräten für uns absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist die gesamte Anlage mit Außenbereich sehr gepflegt und man merkt, daß alles dauerhaft gewartet und instandgehalten wird. So stellen wir uns die perfekte Urlaubsunterkunft vor. Und das zu einem absolut angemessenen Preis, wie wir finden. Also in jedem Fall eine Weiterempfehlung wert!

In my profession as an interior decorator I always had fun and was eager to accommodate and implement an owner's vision of their new home , business or condo to make it special and stylish for them . The vacation condo was styled with an understanding of a guests needs and aesthetics for a vacation stay away from home . Vegas is a special place and travelers expect an outstanding experience. Starting were they stay to what they will experience in a Show , some Nature Adventure and dining at a World class Restaurant . The vacation home and its settings has to be an experience by itself.

Why they chose this property

The property has very nice grounds and is located in close proximity to the strip , but avoiding its noise and bustle. Its an located in an area with easy shopping and close to Casinos, which is important if one is a player . The community is resort like and offers a lot of amenities. I also loved the quality of the door and windows in this community . There is still a lot of grass and Trees , which is getting rare in Las Vegas

What makes this property unique

The pools are beautiful and relaxing . One Pool is always heated and Jacuzzi is very hot and in a nice setting . The gym has brand new equipment and easy access. Its a very quiet and safe community . Security is provided 24 hours.
