Three bedroom, two bath waterfront bungalow. Unique layout separates primary suite into its own studio.
Love traveling with your friends and family, but want a space of your own? This beautiful home is set up for group and family travel. The property has three bedrooms total. All connected together via a spacious deck. It is divided into two parts. The main gathering space is an open concept living, dining and kitchen for the group to gather and enjoy the views. This space also contains two bedrooms and one bath on the north side. On the other side of the gather space, the primary suite is a separate studio with its own entrance, kitchen and full bathroom. The suite has French doors which open its living space to the outdoors. The entrance to each space is next to each other under a covered walkway. There is a smaller private back deck. The entire property is yours to enjoy.
Convenient and comfortable. The kitchen is newly remodeled with giant island for easy entertaining. Fully stocked with supplies to create multi-course meals or just toss something into the toaster oven. Cozy living room for relaxing. AC units available for each bedroom. Front bedroom looks out on the water and back bedroom looks into private back yard. Black out curtains in all bedrooms. Laundry in unit. The house sits on a bluff with 180-degree unobstructed view of Dyes Inlet. Old town docks to the north, Chico creek to the south and Mt. Rainer to the southeast. Walk out to the deck and enjoy your coffee rain or shine under the awning and take it all in. Enjoy the beach with our seagull and other seabird visitors. Bright and inviting even on a gloomy PNW day. Mt Rainer glows at sunset. Sunrises are can be misty and magical with the mirror water and fog or spectacular pinks and purples. The moon rises right in front of this east facing home and its light is a rippling beam on the water. Relax rain or shine. It is a great gateway to the Olympics.
Rock garden in progress. The property includes the tidelands and you are welcome to pick up shells and harvest clams. ***Before clam digging in Kitsap County, Washington, it's crucial to check with the Kitsap Public Health District and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) to ensure water quality and shellfish safety.
This is our well cared personal retreat. It was recently remodeled as my mother's home. It is rented while she snow birds and travels. Fresh eggs and flowers from our chickens and gardens are available during the summer.
