Your beach front master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom has amazing beach views to wake up to every morning. The guest room has a full-size bed and a double twin bunk bed with attached full bathroom. The quiet gated community of Pinnacle Port has 24-hour roving and gated security, two pools, two saunas, small workout facility, playground, grills, shuffleboard, bocce ball, tennis and pickleball courts, half basketball court, boat dock, approximately 26-acres of land, the Gulf on one side and Lake Powell on the other side. Located right next to Camp Helen State Park.
