The exterior of the property was not well kept. There was garbage in the walkway and was very dirty. This is a condo unit. Once inside it was quite different . It is as shown in pictures. It was very nice. It wasn’t really within walking distance of much of anything. I had to use Uber most of the time. I did feel safe and the unit was very quiet .
