This oceanfront condo is in the heart of Carolina Beach, within walking distance to every business in the downtown district. No need to stress about having to find a parking spot! This 3rd floor corner unit has spectacular views of the beach and boardwalk. Not to mention a front row seat to the weekly fireworks show every Thursday night! NO early check-ins or late check-outs, we need that time to ensure the unit is properly cleaned and sanitized.

The location was close to the center of boardwalk activity and the views form the deck were beautiful. The place was clean and the AC was cold. Kitchen appliances worked and the dishes and utensils were good. Washer and dryer were good. Parking was good. The white cotton towels were very nice. As with all floor designations at the beach the ground floor is not the first floor so third floor is actually the fourth story. The third floor walk up and down was tough. The stairs were wide and in good condition but it's a long way up and down when carrying anything. (Somehow I thought I booked a first floor [second story] unit, my mistake.) The living room seating, a couch and a chair were uncomfortable and hard to get out of because the springs and/or cushions were blown out and you were sitting very low to the floor. The beds were o.k. TV was o.k.Carolina Realty was communicative and entry and exit were easy with only a door code needed. For this property I was not required to strip the beds which was appreciated.

Amazing location and views

We stayed for a long weekend and it was great. When the beaches were crowded we could enjoy the ocean from the balcony. Perfect size for a family of four. Right beside the public access so easy to get to the beach. Only issue was the main toilet was broke for a month, according to the date on the note. If it was more than me and my husband it would have been a huge inconvenience all using the bathroom attached to the main room. We would love to book again.

Property was clean and well stocked. Location was amazing! Literally steps to the beach and boardwalk. My family of four loved this place and I would definitely stay again. I was worried about all the noise from the boardwalk but it wasn’t an issue. Wonderful place and check in/out was a breeze.
