Clean but very small

Property was very clean. Area, though not residential, felt safe. The house was much smaller & older than expected. Difficult to find. Helped by friendly people in area. TV only had Japanese channels; does have hdmi hookups; bring cables. 3rd bedroom is also common area, so not functional as both if someone has to use it as a bedroom. No other area large enough for gathering as a group in evening. Farther from train than expected by GPS route. We learned other routes over the 10 days that were closer. The heater in 2nd bedroom (with 2 beds) did not work, but I did not contact owner for help. English instructions for washer-dryer were inadequate( also did not contact about this). Minimal luggage storage. Overall, not adequate for American expectations. I would not stay again with group larger than 4 for more than a couple of days. We felt pictures were deceptive, made the place appear newer and larger than it is.

Great location in Chinatown and near the stations and BayStars Stadium. Hard to find, so I added

Great location in Chinatown and near the stations and BayStars Stadium. Hard to find, so I added pictures for the store at the corner and it made it easier to find for my family to find. Lack of air conditioning would be a problem in the warmer months and the noise from the restaurant behind would bet loud when the windows were open. All-in-all, a nice experience.
